About
Dr. Pearlman
Dr. Steven Pearlman has the artistic skill to compassionately create a better life for you. He is a distinguished Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon, educator and humanitarian. He is dual board certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and in Head and Neck Surgery, giving him the unique knowledge and expertise to understand the anatomy of the face, nose and sinuses.  Dr. Pearlman is the first revision rhinoplasty specialist to conduct a study on why patients seek revision where prior medical articles only looked at what doctors found. He is one of few surgeons still performing minimally invasive endonasal “closed” rhinoplasty over “open” (external incision) rhinoplasty--approximately 90% of his primary rhinoplasties are endonasal.  Dr. Pearlman’s passion in the field of cosmetic surgery is to understand his patient’s needs thus creating or restoring natural beauty, harmony and renewed self-image. Dr. Pearlman strives to provide his patients with compassionate and attentive patient care paired with the most sophisticated and advanced medical procedures and techniques available.
