Yosef P. Krespi, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board certified Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgery at North Shore/LIJ and Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Krespi graduated from medical school at Technion in Israel and completed his residency training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. After completing his fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery at Mt. Sinai, he was Associate Professor at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. In 1985, he became Professor and Chairman of Otolaryngology at SUNY-Health Science Center in Brooklyn until moving his practice to Manhattan to become Chairman at St Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in 1990. Dr. Krespi has published over 160 scientific medical articles, and has served as editor on four text books and written over 50 book chapters. He is one of the world's leading experts in laser surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, surgery to relieve snoring and sleep apnea and oral malodor. Dr. Krespi is nationally and internationally recognized and respected by his medical colleagues and has received numerous awards and honors in his field
